基于RFID技术的施工现场危险源辨识研究

【摘要】:建筑施工现场存在多家施工单位同时进行多种任务的密切协作的情况,施工现场作业环境复杂,人员、机械、材料等流动性大,危险源复杂多变,存在大量不确定性,施工安全事故层出不穷。而危险源是安全事故发生的根本原因,利用静态、直观的方法来辨识危险源,存在辨识不全面、不及时的问题,如何全面、实时、有效地辨识施工现场的危险源,成为施工安全管理的首要问题。 本文在对危险源辨识研究现状和RFID技术在该方面的应用进行归纳总结上,研究基于RFID技术的施工现场危险源辨识的理论和方法。首先,分析施工现场危险源的动态性、复杂性和不确定性的特征,据此将危险源分为随机危险源和固定危险源,研究两类危险源之间的转化关系及其事故致因机理,提出在危险源辨识过程中把握全面、动态和预先分析的思路。其次,基于施工现场危险源结构分析,从RFID对人员、材料和机械的识别和定位作用出发,搭建现场全面危险源辨识的范围和框架,形成初始入场危险源辨识和场内动态监控危险源辨识的框架结构。再次,建立嵌入RFID技术的施工现场危险源监控模型,总结RFID技术应用于人员、材料和机械危险源监控的方法步骤,分析了基于RFID技术的现场危险源监控系统。最后,应用实际案例对基于前文所提出的危险源辨识方法进行研究。 本文所提出的基于RFID技术的危险源辨识方法可以为施工现场安全管理提供借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:There is close cooperation between many construction units and various tasks at the same time. The working environment of the construction site is complex, the personnel, machinery, materials and so on are highly mobile, the dangerous sources are complex and changeable, and a large number of uncertainties exist. Construction safety accidents abound in endlessly. But the danger source is the fundamental cause of the safety accident, using the static, intuitive method to identify the danger source, there is the problem that the identification is not comprehensive and timely, how to identify the dangerous source of the construction site comprehensively, in real time and effectively, Become the first problem of construction safety management. In this paper, the current situation of hazard source identification and the application of RFID technology in this field are summarized, and the theory and method of hazard source identification in construction site based on RFID technology are studied. First of all, the characteristics of dynamic, complexity and uncertainty of hazard source in construction site are analyzed. According to this, the hazard source is divided into random hazard source and fixed hazard source, and the transformation relationship between the two types of hazard sources and the mechanism of accident cause are studied. The idea of comprehensive, dynamic and pre-analysis in the process of hazard source identification is put forward. Secondly, based on the construction site hazard source structure analysis, starting from the identification and positioning role of RFID to the personnel, materials and machinery, the scope and framework of the overall hazard source identification on the site are built. The frame structure of initial admission hazard source identification and field dynamic monitoring hazard source identification is formed. Thirdly, the monitoring model of hazard source embedded in RFID technology is established, and the method and steps of RFID technology applied to the monitoring of personnel, materials and machinery are summarized, and the field hazard monitoring system based on RFID technology is analyzed. Finally, the method of hazard source identification based on the previous paper is studied with practical cases. The method of hazard source identification based on RFID technology proposed in this paper can provide reference and reference for construction site safety management.
