定向钻孔技术在我国煤矿地层注浆改造中的应用及发展

【摘要】:首先介绍了我国煤矿定向注浆的两种主要方式,即:小位移的"S"形定向钻孔井筒地面预注浆、大位移的"L"形定向钻孔地层大面积注浆(包括地面常规水平定向钻孔注浆、利用已有地质钻孔的地面水平定向钻孔注浆和井下水平定向钻孔注浆),实现了煤矿立井井筒地面"S"形定向钻孔深度与地面"L"形定向钻孔水平位移均超过1000m的岩层注浆改造。其次,指出随着煤矿开采不断向深部延伸与单个工作面规模的不断增加,定向钻孔注浆技术面临的理论、工艺与装备、效果检查与评价等问题。最后,指出应加强室内动水岩层注浆模拟试验台研制与注浆模拟实验研究、深部地层注浆效果探测方法与受注地层浆液扩散规律(尤其是水平定向钻孔注浆)研究、注浆效果的探测,找出影响深部地层浆液扩散的主要因素,揭示浆液扩散的规律。可为煤矿深部地层注浆方案的制定提供参考,也为定向注浆技术的研究指出了方向。
[Abstract]:This paper first introduces two main ways of directional grouting in coal mines in China, that is, ground pre-grouting of small displacement "S" directional borehole bore, large area grouting of "L" directional borehole formation with large displacement (including ground conventional horizontal directional drilling grouting). By using the ground horizontal directional drilling grouting and the downhole horizontal directional drilling grouting of existing geological boreholes, the grouting transformation of the ground "S" directional drilling depth and the horizontal displacement of the surface "L" directional boreholes in the vertical shaft of coal mine has been realized. Secondly, it is pointed out that with the continuous extension of coal mining to the deep and the increasing of single working face, the theory, technology and equipment, effect inspection and evaluation of directional drilling grouting technology are faced with. Finally, it is pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the research on the laboratory hydrodynamic strata grouting simulation test bench, the grouting simulation experimental research, the grouting effect detection method in the deep strata and the grouting diffusion law (especially the horizontal directional drilling grouting) in the injected strata. The detection of grouting effect finds out the main factors affecting the slurry diffusion in deep strata and reveals the regularity of slurry diffusion. It can provide reference for the formulation of grouting scheme in deep strata of coal mine, and also point out the direction for the research of directional grouting technology.
