HFACS与24Model不安全动作因素对应关系研究

【摘要】:不安全动作是导致事故发生的直接原因,为明确和统一不安全动作的定义及判定标准,采用对比分析的方法梳理人因分析与分类系统(HFACS)和24Model中不安全动作的定义和判定标准,建立HFACS与24Model不安全动作因素的对应关系,并以实际事故为例论述对应关系的应用过程。结果表明,HFACS定义的不安全动作可以通过对应关系与24Model定义的不安全动作相对应;所建立的对应关系统一了不安全动作的判定标准。
[Abstract]:Unsafe action is the direct cause of accidents. In order to define and unify the definition and criterion of unsafe action, the definition and criterion of unsafe action in human factor analysis and classification system (HFACS) and 24Model) are combed by the method of comparative analysis. The corresponding relationship between HFACS and 24Model unsafe action factors is established, and the application process of the corresponding relation is discussed by taking the actual accident as an example. The results show that the unsafe actions defined by HFACS can be corresponded to the unsafe actions defined by 24Model, and the corresponding relations have unified the criteria for judging unsafe actions.
