煤矿矿井水处理工程问题及对策研究

【摘要】:“十一五”以来我国各大煤矿都建设了矿井水处理工程,矿井水处理回用率大大增加。为了掌握煤矿矿井水处理工程现状,调研了冀中能源股份有限公司邢台地区下属各矿井水处理工程,结果表明,矿井水处理选用工艺合理,技术成熟。但是,矿井水处理工程良莠不齐,存在不少问题,主要有:调节池没有起到良好的调节和预沉作用、一体化净水器处理效果差、土建和安装工程质量较差、消毒系统和污泥脱水系统运行的较少、自动化程度不高、运行管理水平有待提高。 针对矿井水水量、水质不稳定,预沉调节池作用不佳的问题提出建议,预沉调节池设计时应注意矿井单位时间排水量与矿井水处理工程处理能力之间的关系,预沉调节池应设置合理的排泥设施,并按时排泥。 一体化净水器具有占地少、上马快的优点,但适应水量、水质变化的能力较差。在应用于矿井水处理领域时,应充分的校核设计参数,如水力停留时间、反应时间、沉淀负荷等。 矿井水处理工程自动化程度普遍较低,加药系统大多使用计量泵和磁翻板液位计,这样大大降低了加药的准确性,影响后续工艺的矿井水处理效果。PLC应用于矿井水处理领域,不但能够很好的降低人工劳动,还能为最后出水水质提供有力保障。 污泥处理系统大多未使用,减少排泥对工程的长期稳定运行不利。消毒系统大多处于闲置状态,这里存在一个错误观念,认为矿井水处理后回用于工业生产可以不消毒,实际上污水再生处理回用于工业也应考虑消毒,如用于井下防尘就必须进行消毒处理。 邢东煤矿是国家级生态环境示范煤矿,全矿实现“产煤不见煤”。对邢东煤矿矿井水进行了实验分析和动态模拟,为其工程改进提出了合理化建议,建议在工艺首端新建预沉调节池,采用“澄清+过滤”的处理工艺,目前工程已处于施工阶段。
[Abstract]:Since the 11th Five-Year Plan, mine water treatment projects have been built in every coal mine in China, and the reuse rate of mine water treatment has increased greatly. In order to grasp the present situation of mine water treatment engineering in coal mine, the mine water treatment works under Xingtai region of Jizhong Energy Co., Ltd were investigated. The results show that the selection technology of mine water treatment is reasonable and the technology is mature. However, there are many problems in mine water treatment projects, such as the adjustment pool does not play a good role in regulating and pre-settling, the integrated water purifier has poor treatment effect, and the quality of civil construction and installation works is poor. The disinfection system and sludge dewatering system operate less, the degree of automation is not high, and the level of operation management needs to be improved. In view of the problems of unstable mine water quantity, unstable water quality and poor function of pre-settling regulating pool, some suggestions are put forward. The relationship between mine water discharge per unit time and the capacity of mine water treatment engineering should be paid attention to in the design of pre-settling regulating pool. The pre-settling regulating tank should be equipped with reasonable mud drainage facilities and discharge mud on time. The integrated water purifier has the advantages of less land occupation and quick start, but its ability to adapt to the change of water quantity and water quality is poor. In the field of mine water treatment, the design parameters, such as HRT, reaction time, sedimentation load, should be fully checked. The automation degree of mine water treatment project is generally low, and the metering pump and magnetic plate liquid level meter are mostly used in the dosing system, which greatly reduces the accuracy of the dosing, and affects the effect of mine water treatment. PLC is applied in the field of mine water treatment. Not only can reduce labor, but also can provide a strong guarantee for the final effluent quality. Sludge treatment system is mostly unused, and reducing sludge discharge is unfavorable to the long-term stable operation of the project. Most of the disinfection systems are idle. There is a wrong idea here that the treatment of mine water can be reused in industrial production without disinfection. In fact, the reuse of sewage treatment for industrial use should also be considered for disinfection. If used for downhole dustproof, it must be sterilized. Xingdong Coal Mine is a national ecological environment demonstration coal mine. The experimental analysis and dynamic simulation of mine water in Xingdong coal mine are carried out, and some reasonable suggestions are put forward for its engineering improvement. It is suggested that a new pre-settling regulating tank should be built at the first end of the process, and the treatment process of "clarification and filtration" should be adopted. At present, the project is already in the construction stage.
