隧道出渣过程粉尘扩散规律研究

【摘要】:为了掌握公路隧道钻爆法施工粉尘浓度的分布规律,以某大断面隧道出渣过程为研究对象,首先布置测点并现场采样测定粉尘浓度;然后基于测定结果,利用GAMBIT进行建模,通过FLUENT数值模拟软件对出渣过程粉尘运动规律进行数值模拟,并将FLUENT模拟出的结果与现场实测结果进行比较。结果表明:涡流区粉尘浓度相对较高,装渣处粉尘浓度最高;随着距掌子面距离的增加粉尘浓度呈逐步下降的趋势。本研究为更好的控制隧道内粉尘浓度提供了理论依据。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the distribution law of dust concentration in highway tunnel construction by drilling and blasting method, taking the slagging process of a large section tunnel as the research object, the measurement points are first arranged and the dust concentration is sampled on the spot, and then based on the measurement results, the GAMBIT is used to model the dust concentration. The law of dust movement in slag extraction process was simulated by FLUENT software, and the results of FLUENT simulation were compared with the measured results in the field. The results show that the dust concentration in swirl zone is relatively high, and the dust concentration in slag loading area is the highest, and the dust concentration decreases gradually with the increase of distance from the face of the palm. This study provides a theoretical basis for better control of dust concentration in tunnels.
