井下密闭墙快速构筑技术研究与应用

【摘要】:为了解决井下密闭墙构筑工程量大、劳动强度高、后期出现裂隙形成漏风通道、引起采空区浮煤自燃等问题,提出了井下密闭墙快速构筑方法;论证了粉煤灰作为骨料充填构筑密闭墙的可行性;实验测试了密闭墙充填材料配比及固化特性,得出了不同配比情况下充填材料的胶凝时间、流动性、抗压强度等,最终确定适于井下密闭墙快速构筑的最佳材料配比。以云冈煤矿8617工作面作为实例,研究了密闭墙快速构筑装备及工艺过程,并检验了密闭墙质量,达到了预期标准。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of large amount of construction, high labor intensity, air leakage channel formed by cracks and spontaneous combustion of floating coal in goaf, a rapid construction method of underground closed wall is put forward in order to solve the problems. The feasibility of building a closed wall with fly ash as aggregate filling is demonstrated, the ratio and solidification characteristics of the filling material are tested experimentally, and the cementing time, fluidity and compressive strength of the filling material under different ratios are obtained. Finally, the best proportion of materials suitable for rapid construction of underground closed wall is determined. Taking 8617 working face of Yungang Coal Mine as an example, the rapid construction equipment and process of closed wall are studied, and the quality of closed wall is tested, which reaches the expected standard.
