煤矸石山自燃治理措施及其稳定性研究

【摘要】:煤矸石即采煤过程和洗煤过程中排出的废弃物,大量的煤矸石长期露天堆放不加处理,不仅会引发崩塌、滑坡和泥石流等地质灾害,煤矸石中含有的硫还会引发自燃,产生大量烟尘并释放出有害气体,对环境及人身安全的危害极大。虽然国外对煤矸石山自燃的治理研究开展了大量的研究工作,也取得了很好的效果,但是有些方法也属于探索阶段,且各国煤矸石的成分及物理力学特性不尽相同,地理位置差异很大,不能将国外的治理方法直接应用到我国煤矸石山的治理中。针对煤矸石山煤矸石自燃机理的研究现状,这方面的研究还没有形成比较完善的理论研究体系,,目前还处于试验积累资料阶段,同时,对于煤矸石山边坡稳定性问题尚存在诸多难题,因此,对煤矸石山自燃的预防和治理以及山体稳定性进行研究是必要的。 根据大量的研究数据和理论成果,探讨了煤矸石山自燃的机理与治理方法,结合桑树坪煤矿煤矸石山综合治理工程,对自燃治理方法及山体稳定性进行了研究。室内和现场试验表明,采用注浆灭火工艺时,在粘土中添加一定比例的石灰作为注浆灭火材料有较好的灭火效果,得到了粘土与石灰配制的浆液的浓度和控制比例,工程实践表明浆液具有良好的稳定性和流变性,为其它类似煤矸石山自燃治理工程提供了参考。为了准确评价桑树坪煤矸石山的稳定性,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对桑树坪煤矿煤矸石山的边坡进行了稳定性分析,确定了山体边坡的潜在滑裂面位置及其对应的最小安全系数,为了保证边坡的稳定性,采用改变边坡几何形状并在滑裂面底部位置修建挡土墙的方法进行加固,有效的提高了山体的安全性。
[Abstract]:Coal gangue is the waste discharged in the process of coal mining and coal washing. If a large number of coal gangue is stored in open air for a long time without treatment, it will not only cause geological disasters such as collapse, landslide and debris flow, but also cause spontaneous combustion of sulfur contained in coal gangue. Produce a large amount of smoke and release harmful gases, to the environment and personal safety of great harm. Although a great deal of research work has been done abroad on the control of spontaneous combustion of coal gangue mountains, and good results have been obtained, some methods are also in the exploratory stage, and the composition and physical and mechanical properties of coal gangue vary from country to country. There is a great difference in geographical location, so it can not be directly applied to the treatment of coal gangue mountain in our country. In view of the present situation of research on the mechanism of spontaneous combustion of coal gangue in coal gangue, the research on this aspect has not yet formed a relatively perfect theoretical research system. At present, it is still in the stage of experimental accumulation of data, and at the same time, There are still many problems in the stability of coal gangue slope. Therefore, it is necessary to study the prevention and treatment of spontaneous combustion of coal gangue mountain and the stability of the mountain body. Based on a large number of research data and theoretical results, the mechanism and treatment methods of spontaneous combustion of coal gangue mountain are discussed. Combined with the comprehensive treatment project of coal gangue mountain in Sangshuping coal mine, the self-combustion treatment method and mountain stability are studied. The laboratory and field tests show that adding a certain proportion of lime to the clay as the grouting material has a better fire extinguishing effect, and the concentration and control ratio of the slurry prepared by the clay and lime are obtained. The engineering practice shows that the slurry has good stability and rheology, which provides a reference for other coal gangue mountain spontaneous combustion treatment projects. In order to evaluate the stability of Sangshuping coal gangue mountain accurately, the stability of the coal gangue mountain slope of Sangshuping coal mine was analyzed by using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS, and the location of the potential slip surface and the corresponding minimum safety factor of the mountain slope were determined. In order to ensure the stability of the slope, the method of changing the geometric shape of the slope and building the retaining wall at the bottom of the sliding crack surface is used to strengthen the slope, which effectively improves the safety of the mountain body.
