数字化矿工—井下人员定位和安全监控系统研究

【摘要】:随着我国煤炭工业规模不断发展,其安全性、信息化水平不断提高,尤其在保障井下作业人员安全措施中,越来越多应用到无线通信技术等信息新技术。因此,如何利用无线定位技术、遥感技术、视音频传输技术和现代通信技术,实时了解各类现场作业人员的数量、在巷道的分布情况和动态变化,并进行空间的精确定位、可视化沟通、指挥和调度,已成为煤矿安全生产行业所关注的热点问题。 近年来,国有大中型煤矿企业已经完成了井下人员定位系统和安全监控系统的建设虽取得了较大的成效,但是目前通行的煤矿监控系统和视频监控系统,所有的传感器都架设于煤矿的固定地点,在其它的区域(例如关键区域和传感器采集盲区)尚需要安检员进行巡视;当前采用的通用定位技术仍然是RFID等区域定位技术,定位精度取决于定位基站的分布密度,无法实现精确的人员定位;目前国内诸多研究机构着力研究井下精确定位方法,但尚无更多突破。 论文分析了我国煤炭企业中数字化矿山项目研究和发展现状,提出一套完整的数字化矿工(Digital Miner System,DMS)系统的实现方案,,将环境监控、人员定位、通讯等系统与井下安全主体——人紧密结合,实现针对矿工自身安全、井下移动通讯、移动视频、移动检测、人员定位等融合于一体的集成与优化;研究了数字化矿工系统中无线定位和移动视频两种关键技术;并阐述了数字化矿工服务器软件的程序架构,对系统通讯协议及定位、移动视频和部分功能界面进行了重点描述。 该系统属于中煤集团南梁矿业定制系统,目前已完成投运,使用效果经过西安软件测评中心检测,目前正处在安标申请过程中,已在常州矿用设备检测中心完成系统组成设备的定型检测,即将获得防爆合格证,等待系统测试完毕获取安标证。 该系统的应用,不仅可以满足煤矿企业的日常生产调度,提高煤矿企业的劳动生产效率,降低开采成本,而且实现了对井下工作人员的无线定位和环境参数的实时监控,将传统的煤矿安全管理由矿山转移到了矿工本身,将大幅提高煤矿企业的安全生产管理水平和应急处理能力,可以推广到其它煤矿与非煤矿山,将取得良好的经济与社会效益。
[Abstract]:With the development of coal industry in our country, the level of safety and information is improving. Especially in the safety measures of underground operators, more and more new information technologies, such as wireless communication technology, have been applied. Therefore, how to use wireless positioning technology, remote sensing technology, video and audio transmission technology and modern communication technology, real-time understanding of the number of field workers, the distribution and dynamic changes in the roadway, and the accurate location of space, Visual communication, command and scheduling has become a hot issue in coal mine production safety industry. In recent years, large and medium-sized state-owned coal mining enterprises have completed the construction of downhole personnel positioning system and safety monitoring system, although they have made great achievements, but the current coal mine monitoring system and video monitoring system have been widely used. All sensors are located at fixed locations in coal mines, and other areas (such as key areas and blind areas for sensor acquisition) are still subject to inspection by security inspectors; the current universal positioning technology is still RFID and other regional positioning technologies. The positioning accuracy depends on the distribution density of the base station, so it is impossible to achieve accurate personnel positioning. At present, many domestic research institutions focus on the research of underground precise positioning methods, but there are no more breakthroughs. This paper analyzes the research and development status of digital mine projects in China's coal enterprises, and puts forward a complete implementation scheme of digital miner (Digital Miner System,DMS system, which can monitor the environment and position the personnel. The communication and other systems are closely combined with the underground safety main-man to realize the integration and optimization of the miners' own safety, underground mobile communication, mobile video, mobile detection, personnel positioning and so on. This paper studies two key technologies of wireless location and mobile video in the digital miner system, and expounds the program structure of the digital miner server software. The communication protocol and location of the system, mobile video and some functional interfaces are described emphatically. The system belongs to the Nanliang Mining customization system of China Coal Group. It has been put into operation at present, and its effect has been tested by the Xi'an Software Evaluation Center. At present, it is in the process of applying for the safety standard. The system has been completed in Changzhou Mine equipment testing Center, the final test of the system components equipment, is about to obtain the explosion certificate, waiting for the system to complete the test to obtain the safety standard certificate. The application of the system can not only meet the daily production scheduling of coal mining enterprises, improve the labor efficiency of coal mining enterprises, reduce mining costs, but also achieve the wireless positioning of underground workers and real-time monitoring of environmental parameters. By transferring the traditional coal mine safety management from the mine to the miners themselves, the level of safety management and the ability of emergency handling in coal mining enterprises will be greatly improved. It can be extended to other coal mines and non-coal mines, and good economic and social benefits will be obtained.
