企业安全绩效研究:内涵、测量及影响因素

【摘要】：为系统梳理安全绩效的研究成果,收集近30 a来国内外相关重要文献。通过对安全绩效的内涵、维度、测量与影响因素的回顾,对以往的研究取得的进展和存在的不足进行述评。结果发现:以往研究主要从行为、结果及2者相结合的视角,对安全绩效进行界定和维度划分;安全绩效的测量量表已相对成熟,测量方式也日益丰富;安全绩效受安全氛围、安全文化及领导力等因素的影响,安全投资、盈利水平等因素也对安全绩效有解释作用。未来研究应深入探讨安全绩效的内涵与测量问题,深化研究各种因素对安全绩效的影响机理,更深入探讨安全绩效与企业其他绩效间的关系。
[Abstract]:In order to systematically comb the research results of safety performance, collected the domestic and foreign important literature in recent 30 years. By reviewing the connotation, dimension, measurement and influencing factors of safety performance, this paper reviews the progress and shortcomings of previous researches. The results showed that: the previous studies mainly defined and divided the safety performance from the perspective of behavior, results and two people; the measurement scale of safety performance has been relatively mature, and the measurement methods are increasingly rich; the safety performance is under the safe atmosphere. Factors such as safety culture and leadership, safety investment and profitability also explain safety performance. In the future, the connotation and measurement of safety performance should be deeply discussed, the influence mechanism of various factors on safety performance should be further studied, and the relationship between safety performance and other performance of enterprises should be further explored.
