综采工作面PM2.5粉尘喷雾沉降效果优化研究

【摘要】:基于喷雾降尘机理对各类型喷嘴喷雾性能进行分析,结合现场确定了适用于该工作面喷嘴的选取原则,选取SD302型锥形喷嘴。改变采煤机外喷雾供水压力,对工作面采煤期间不同位置处呼吸性粉尘浓度(7.07μm)和PM2.5粉尘浓度进行多次测量,并进行降尘效率计算,确定供水压力为4 MPa。
[Abstract]:Based on the mechanism of spray dust control, the spray performance of various types of nozzles is analyzed. Combined with the selection principle of nozzles suitable for the working face, SD302 type conical nozzles are selected. By changing the pressure of spraying water supply outside the shearer, measuring the concentration of respiratory dust (7.07 渭 m) and PM2.5 dust at different positions during coal mining, the dust reduction efficiency was calculated, and the water supply pressure was determined to be 4 MPa..
