矿山动力灾害发生机理与防治策略

【摘要】:以动力灾害发生机理分析与针对性防治为目标,提出了一种诠释动力灾害发生的机理。分析表明:动力灾害的发生可从3个层次来考虑:压力源头、传导路径、释放终端。为此提出"消除源头、弱化传导、加强终端"的动力灾害防治理念:摸清压力源头是有的放矢的首要条件;合理有效的软化煤岩体措施可降低或消除动力灾害对释放终端的影响;明确实施"消除源头、弱化传导、加强终端"的准确时机,及早"加强终端"的支护强度。该防治策略可分阶段进行防治措施的设计与实施,也可以采用模块化设计,且在模块间具有替代化实施的特征。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the analysis of the mechanism of dynamic disaster and its prevention and control, this paper puts forward a mechanism to explain the occurrence of dynamic disaster. The analysis shows that the occurrence of dynamic disaster can be considered from three levels: pressure source, conduction path and release terminal. Therefore, the idea of "eliminating the source, weakening the conduction and strengthening the terminal" is put forward: finding out the source of the pressure is the first condition to be targeted; Reasonable and effective measures to soften coal and rock mass can reduce or eliminate the influence of dynamic disaster on the release terminal, clearly implement the accurate time of "eliminating the source, weakening the conduction and strengthening the terminal", and strengthen the support intensity of the terminal as early as possible. The control strategy can be designed and implemented in stages, or modular design can be adopted, and it has the characteristics of substitute implementation among modules.
