四通道宽频发射机系统的研究与设计

【摘要】:随着高科技的快速发展,各个领域的工作效率在不断提高,与此同时煤矿的开采技术和开采效率也在不断进步和提高,然而煤矿突水及瓦斯安全等突发性事故仍时有发生。针对煤层周边地质情况复杂,煤矿安全事故较多等问题,该论文设计了一种能够提前探测煤层中的水和气体的无线发射系统。本文研究的是四通道宽频发射机系统,该系统主要由信号发生器模块、功率放大器模块以及天线模块等组成。信号发生器是利用当前比较流行的FPGA设计实现,在QuartusⅡ13.1开发环境下,通过编写Verilog硬件描述语言,智能、快速的产生需要的高频信号,最后编写测试文件调用ModelSim对产生的信号进行仿真验证;功率放大器则根据前后信号功率需求,采用的是PHILIPS公司的高频功率晶体管BLF404,用Altium Designer软件实现晶体管外围电路及PCB设计,并对晶体管进行ADS仿真;天线部分则采用的是适合无线探测的微带天线,综合考虑最终采用的是半波长双频的微带贴片天线,用HFSS对天线进行仿真优化,制作实物天线。系统设计主要由FPGA产生四路高频脉冲信号,分别通过功率放大器后,经天线将高频信号馈入地下,由此完成发射功能。利用多通道、多频点技术的特点,可以探测地下介质的种类及分布结构情况,这对在煤矿开采过程中提前了解煤层周围情况,降低煤矿安全事故有一定的实际意义。对于该系统,本文将各个模块进行了相应的分析与仿真。结果表明,四通道宽频发射机系统的设计是可实现的,它可以对煤层中的水、气体进行检测,对无线超前探测技术的研究应用起到了推广作用。
