模拟矿井环境下蓄冰车制冷时效研究

【摘要】:对蓄冰车在矿井中的放冷时间和放冷效果及其可行性进行研究。基于蓄冰球的蓄冰-融冰原理,将矿车通过设置内衬、保温层等结构改造成蓄冰车,在地下防空洞进行三组蓄冰车蓄冰-融冰循环试验,测试蓄冰车在模拟矿井环境下蓄冰时间和融冰放冷效果。试验结果表明,蓄冰车蓄满时间5.5~6h;在无旁通和加热,乙二醇泵满载运行工况下,防空洞温度在3h内可下降至26℃,持续时间较短;在持续热负荷、温度不超过26℃状态下,制冷时间3.5~4h,防空洞内降温效果明显。说明蓄冰车用于高温矿井降温是可行的。
[Abstract]:The release time, cooling effect and feasibility of ice storage vehicle in mine are studied. Based on the principle of ice storage and melting ice storage of ice ball, the mining car was transformed into ice storage vehicle by setting lining and insulation layer, and three groups of ice storage and melting ice cycling tests of ice storage vehicle were carried out in underground air-raid shelter. The ice storage time and cooling effect of melting ice in simulated mine environment were tested. The test results show that the storage time of ice storage vehicle is 5.5 鈩,
