不同变质程度煤尘云最小点火能试验研究

【摘要】:为研究不同变质程度煤尘云最小点火能特性及其影响因素,选取7种不同变质程度煤尘,采用哈特曼管试验系统,测试不同煤尘云质量浓度c、着火延迟时间t、喷粉压力P下最小点火能E.研究结果表明:不同变质程度煤尘云E值间存在明显界限,变质程度越高,E越大.在同等粒度下,受煤尘颗粒着火氧化速度限制,最佳点火质量浓度随变质程度增高而减小.随t增大,E呈先下降后上升趋势,最佳着火延迟时间在1 s附近,且t比c对褐煤E值影响作用偏大.无烟煤P与E关系曲线呈"漏斗型",最佳喷粉压力随变质程度降低而减小.建立c、t、P耦合条件下无烟煤E的数学模型,由此确定的最佳测试工况(c,t,P)考虑了因素间关联性,理论上比单因素分析结果更接近真实情况.
[Abstract]:In order to study the minimum igniting energy and its influencing factors of coal dust cloud with different degrees of metamorphism, seven kinds of coal dust with different degrees of metamorphism were selected, and Hartmann tube test system was used to measure the mass concentration of different coal dust clouds c, and the ignition delay time t. The minimum ignition energy E _ (E) under powder injection pressure P. The results show that there is an obvious boundary between E values of coal dust clouds with different metamorphism, and the higher the metamorphic degree is, the greater the E is. At the same particle size, the optimal ignition mass concentration decreases with the increase of the degree of metamorphism, which is limited by the rate of ignition and oxidation of coal dust particles. With the increase of t, E decreased first and then increased, the best ignition delay time was about 1 s, and t / c had a great effect on E value of lignite. The relation curve between P and E of anthracite is "funnel-type", and the optimum injection pressure decreases with the decrease of metamorphic degree. The mathematical model of anthracite E is established under the coupling condition of cu / t / P, and the optimum test condition (CP), which takes into account the correlation between factors, is closer to the real situation in theory than that of single factor analysis.
