氨气泄漏监控及净化处理系统设计及应用

【摘要】:为减少氨气泄漏造成的环境污染、人员伤害及财产损失,将智能水幕防护系统用于氨气泄漏事故处理。介绍系统的工作原理及设计方案,分析主要部件的功能,包括氨气报警控制器、智能化事故视频监视系统和水雾幕防护系统,并试验测试系统的防护性能。结果表明,该智能水雾幕防护系统能够有效净化氨气,净化效率高于普通喷淋系统,且可有效防止氨气扩散蔓延,降低氨气爆炸的风险。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the environmental pollution, personnel injury and property loss caused by ammonia leakage, the intelligent water curtain protection system is used to deal with ammonia leakage accident. This paper introduces the working principle and design scheme of the system, analyzes the functions of the main components, including the ammonia alarm controller, the intelligent accident video surveillance system and the water mist screen protection system, and tests the protective performance of the system. The results show that the intelligent water mist curtain protection system can effectively purify ammonia gas, and the purification efficiency is higher than that of common spray system, and it can effectively prevent the spread of ammonia gas diffusion and reduce the risk of ammonia explosion.
