锚地原油过驳安全评价与对策研究
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand for crude oil, Anchorage crude oil barge operation will appear in China for a long time. The particularity of crude oil barge will become a major marine dangerous source and pollution source. Therefore, it is of important reference value to study the risk evaluation of ship to ship Anchorage crude oil over-barge risk, identify the overbarge hazard source, and make a decision to reduce the risk of accident in the water area. This paper introduces in detail the overbarge operation of the crude oil in Anchorage, including the operation conditions, the equipment, the personnel and the scheme of the barge operation. By issuing questionnaires to ship company officers and university teachers, and dealing with relevant data, this paper discusses the various safety factors affecting the safety of the barge, such as wind, current, waves, visibility, bottom material, distance from the barge point to the waterway, and so on. Ship condition, barge equipment and barge personnel. Combined with practice, AHP is used to determine the primary and secondary relationship of various factors affecting the barge, and the single index model and multiple index model of unknown measure are established to test the safety of oil barge in Anchorage. Taking the original Shantou barge of Qinzhou Port as the research object, according to the actual situation of the Anchorage of Qinzhou Port, through the calculation of risk evaluation theory, this paper evaluates and analyzes the safety condition of the crude oil barge in the Anchorage of Qinzhou Port, and verifies the unknown measurement model effectively. The research in this paper provides a reference for the risk assessment of crude oil barge in the port Anchorage in the future.
