隔绝式压缩氧长时自救器的设计及试验研究

【摘要】:基于煤矿灾害事故后井下遇险人员"先逃生、后避险"的理念,解决现有自救器有效防护时间不够长,遇险人员一次佩戴使用时逃生路程短,难以逃离灾区的问题,研制了一种隔绝式压缩氧长时自救器,该自救器防护时间为120 min、质量4.5 kg,具有定量供氧、手动补给供氧及自动补给供氧3种供氧方式。利用仿人呼吸试验平台,对该自救器在120 min内氧气浓度、二氧化碳浓度及吸气温度3个关键技术参数进行试验验证,结果表明:该压缩氧长时自救器在防护时间内,氧气体积分数不低于25%,二氧化碳体积分数不大于2%,吸气温度不大于50℃,3项指标均满足隔绝式压缩氧气自救器标准的要求。

An isolated compressed oxygen long time self-rescuer has been developed. The protective time of the device is 120 min, and 4.5 kg,. It has three ways of supplying oxygen quantitatively, manually recharging oxygen and supplying oxygen automatically. Three key technical parameters, oxygen concentration, carbon dioxide concentration and inspiratory temperature, were tested on a humanoid breathing test platform within 120 min. The results show that the self-rescuer is in the protective time for long time of compressed oxygen. The volume fraction of oxygen is not lower than 25, the volume fraction of carbon dioxide is not more than 2 and the inspiratory temperature is less than 50 鈩,
