老厂锡矿新区矿井通风系统优化研究

【摘要】:矿井通风系统作为矿井生产的一部分,其优良性决定着矿井能否正常有序地生产。在老厂锡矿新区通风系统中,现有的通风系统有两个回风系统,而其中期北山回风井巷回风风量大而断面面积较小,按金属矿非金属矿安全规程中专用回风井的风速限定,矿井的最大通风量远小于为满足现矿井生产所需的风量,故需要对老厂锡矿新区矿井通风系统进行优化改造。 本文在查阅大量相关文献后,结合老厂锡矿新区通风系统的实际情况提出两大通风系统改造方向:一是将制约通风能力的期北山回风井巷进行扩刷,二是在合适的地表位置新建一条回风井连接原矿井。而两类通风系统改造都涉及到井巷的最优断面问题,为尽量减少对矿井现有生产的影响和考虑到影响通风压力损失的主要部分,在本矿井通风系统中仅对风量集中的回风井巷部分进行改造。 在两大通风系统改造方向的基础上,结合相应的矿井通风系统特点,分别建立多风机多级机站通风系统,在3Dvent通风解算软件的分析帮助下提出多个合理、可行的矿井通风系统方案,在不同的通风系统方案中已用3Dvent通风解算软件的风机库对其主要通风机工况点进行优化,并对每种方案进行了通风网络解算。最后本文根据前人的研究成果和本矿井特点建立了一套较为科学、全面的通风系统评价指标体系,结合层次分析法和熵技术法给各评价指标赋权值,再运用计分法选出最优通风系统方案。 本文通过对老厂锡矿新区矿井通风系统的现状分析和大量相关文献的研究,提出了通风系统改造方向,在给出的多个通风方案中选择出最优通风系统方案,指导矿井实际工作,带来了一定的经济效益,同时也为其它矿井通风系统优化工作供一定的参考作用。
[Abstract]:As a part of mine production, mine ventilation system determines whether the mine can produce normally and orderly. In the ventilation system of Laochang Tin Mine New area, the existing ventilation system has two return air systems, but in the middle period of the Beishan return air shaft, the return air volume is large and the cross section area is relatively small, which is limited by the wind speed of the special return air well in the safety regulations for non-metallic ore mines. The maximum ventilation volume of mine is far less than that needed to meet the needs of present mine production, so it is necessary to optimize the ventilation system of the mine in the new area of Laochang Tin Mine. After consulting a large number of relevant documents, combined with the actual situation of ventilation system in the new area of Laochang Tin Mine, this paper puts forward two major directions of ventilation system reform: first, the ventilation capacity of Beishan return air shaft and roadway in the period of restricting ventilation capacity is expanded. The second is to build a return air shaft to connect the original mine at a suitable surface position. In order to minimize the impact on existing mine production and to consider the main part affecting ventilation pressure loss, both types of ventilation systems are related to the optimal section of the shaft and roadway. In this mine ventilation system, only the return air shaft with concentrated air volume is reformed. On the basis of the reform direction of two ventilation systems, combined with the characteristics of mine ventilation system, the ventilation system of multi-fan and multi-stage machine station is established separately. With the help of the analysis of 3Dvent ventilation calculation software, several reasonable ventilation systems are put forward. In different ventilation system schemes, the main ventilator operating points of 3Dvent ventilation solution software have been optimized, and each scheme has been calculated by ventilation network. Finally, according to the previous research results and the characteristics of this mine, a set of scientific and comprehensive evaluation index system of ventilation system is established, and the weight of each evaluation index is given by combining the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy technique. Then the optimal ventilation system scheme is selected by using the scorecard method. Based on the analysis of the present situation of mine ventilation system in Laochang Tin Mine New area and the study of a large number of related documents, this paper puts forward the reform direction of ventilation system, and selects the optimal ventilation system scheme among the several ventilation schemes given to guide the actual work of the mine. It brings some economic benefits and provides some reference for other mine ventilation system optimization.
