自吸式文丘里水洗器引射特性研究

【摘要】:以安全壳过滤排放系统中的自吸式文丘里水洗器为研究对象,采用空气和水为工质,在不同空气流量、液位及系统压力下对文丘里水洗器的引射特性进行实验研究。结果表明,随着喉部气相折算流速(简称喉部流速)的增加,吸液口两侧压差近似呈抛物线规律增长,引射量线性增加。压力容器内的液位对引射特性的影响与其相对于文丘里水洗器出口的位置有关,当液位低于文丘里水洗器出口时,随着液位的提升,引射量获得明显的提高,并随喉部流速的变化表现出分区效应,喉部流速较低时,增加液位对于改善引射量更加有效;当液位在文丘里水洗器出口以上变化时,对引射量几乎无影响。压力是影响自吸式文丘里水洗器引射特性的重要因素,这主要归因于气体密度的变化,在0~150kPa范围内,随着压力的提升,引射量得到明显改善,且在高喉部流速区域压力变化对引射量的影响较在低喉部流速区域更加显著。
[Abstract]:The self-priming Venturi water washer in containment filtration and discharge system was used as the research object. The ejection characteristics of Venturi water washer were studied under different air flow rate, liquid level and system pressure by using air and water as working medium. The results show that with the increase of the gas velocity of the throat, the pressure difference between the two sides of the sucking mouth increases approximately with the parabola law, and the quantity of ejection increases linearly. The effect of liquid level in pressure vessel on ejection characteristics is related to its position relative to the outlet of Venturi water washer. When the liquid level is lower than the outlet of Venturi water washer, the ejection quantity increases obviously with the increase of liquid level. With the change of throat velocity, there is a zoning effect. When the throat velocity is low, increasing the liquid level is more effective to improve the ejection quantity. When the liquid level changes above the outlet of Venturi water washer, it has little effect on the ejection quantity. Pressure is an important factor affecting the ejection characteristics of the self-priming Venturi water washer, which is mainly due to the change of gas density. In the range of 0~150kPa, the ejection quantity is improved obviously with the increase of pressure. The effect of pressure on ejection is more significant in high throat than in low throat.
