旋流帷幕除尘器在金属矿山转运站除尘系统的应用

【摘要】:矿山粉尘是矿山生产过程中最主要的职业病危害因素,目前高效湿式除尘是矿山最经济有效的除尘手段。针对现有湿式除尘器在金属矿山除尘系统应用中存在的除尘效率较低、耗水量大等问题,研制了一种适合于金属矿山除尘系统的旋流帷幕除尘器。介绍了该除尘装置的结构设计和工作原理,并以马钢罗河铁矿转运站除尘系统改造项目为对象,对该除尘装置在转运站除尘系统的应用效果进行了测定。结果表明:该除尘装置平均除尘效率达到了99.8%以上,具有很好的经济效益和环境效益,在金属矿山生产系统中具有广泛的推广应用前景。
[Abstract]:Mine dust is the most important occupational hazard factor in the process of mine production. At present, high efficiency wet dust removal is the most economical and effective means of dust removal in mines. Aiming at the problems existing in the application of wet dust collector in metal mine dust removal system, such as low dust removal efficiency and high water consumption, a kind of cyclone curtain dust collector suitable for metal mine dust removal system is developed. The structure design and working principle of the dedusting device are introduced, and the application effect of the dedusting device in the dedusting system of the transfer station of Masteel Luo Iron Mine is determined by taking the project of dedusting system as the object. The results show that the average dedusting efficiency of the dedusting device is over 99.8%, which has good economic and environmental benefits, and has a broad prospect of popularization and application in the production system of metal mines.
