极复杂条件下煤与瓦斯突出规律及综合治理技术

【摘要】:坦家冲、里王庙与龙家山矿地质条件极其复杂,煤与瓦斯突出事故与瓦斯动力现象时有发生。论文统计分析历年来煤与瓦斯突出事故,研究极复杂地质构造条件下影响煤与瓦斯突出事故的主要因素;分析了煤体弹性势能与瓦斯内能在突出过程中转换为煤体的破碎功、碎煤抛出功的表现形式,得出了煤与瓦斯突出的能量条件;基于达西定律、瓦斯渗流速度与瓦斯压力梯度、围岩应力之间的关系,建立了煤层瓦斯压力梯度与地应力之间的定量关系计算模型;模拟复杂地质条件下煤层中地应力分布与破坏规律,分析煤层瓦斯分布状态;通过对常用的煤与瓦斯突出预测性指标测定分析,提出适用于极复杂地质构造条件下具有动态适应性煤与瓦斯突出预测性指标;统计分析各矿历年来所采用的各种区域防突与局部防突措施,研究分析现场实施效果,提出适用于极复杂地质构造条件下煤与瓦斯突出综合治理技术方案。
[Abstract]:The geological conditions of Tanjiachong, Liwangmiao and Longjiashan mines are extremely complex, and accidents of coal and gas outburst and gas dynamic phenomena occur from time to time. The paper analyzes coal and gas outburst accidents over the years, and studies the main factors that affect coal and gas outburst accidents under the condition of extremely complex geological structure. The energy condition of coal and gas outburst is obtained by analyzing the transformation of elastic potential energy of coal body and internal energy of gas into the crushing work of coal body and the form of throwing work of broken coal in the process of outburst. Based on Darcy's law, the relationship between gas seepage velocity and gas pressure gradient, surrounding rock stress, the quantitative relationship between gas pressure gradient and ground stress in coal seam is established. The distribution and failure law of ground stress in coal seam under complex geological conditions are simulated, and the distribution state of coal seam gas is analyzed. Based on the determination and analysis of the commonly used predictive indexes of coal and gas outburst, the predictive index of coal and gas outburst with dynamic adaptability is put forward under the condition of extremely complex geological structure. The regional and local outburst prevention measures adopted by various mines over the years are statistically analyzed. The field implementation results are studied and analyzed, and the technical scheme for comprehensive control of coal and gas outburst under extremely complex geological structure conditions is put forward.
