大连港大窑湾水域通航环境安全评价研究

【摘要】:船舶交通事故大部分发生在港区水域,另外,港口建设也会给该港区船舶的通航带来一定的影响,这样对于港口通航水域进行安全评价是很有必要的。大连港大窑湾港区是大连港一个相对比较繁忙的码头,该港区来往船只也比较多。对于该港区的安全性,大多是感性上的判断,本文正是基于此,想给出一个定量化的评价,以便为后续港口的发展规划提供通航安全方面的参考。 本文对多种通航安全评价方法进行分析之后,确定采用模糊数学中模糊综合评判的相关知识建立通航安全评价模型。确定数学方法后,首先对模糊综合评价的知识作简单的介绍,然后对专家调查表中的数据进行处理后,分别针对每一个影响因素进行阐述,并建立相应的隶属度函数;其次,将这些影响因素整合到一起建立模糊综合评判模型;再次,介绍大连港大窑湾港区的基本情况,按照层次分析法的相关理论,分别建立因素集、评价集、权重集,最后应用已建立的港口通航水域通航安全模糊综合评判模型进行评判,得到评判结果。 本文的研究,对大连港大窑湾水域的安全运营提供了理论和现实的参考。
[Abstract]:Most of the accidents occur in the waters of the port area, in addition, the port construction will also bring some influence to the navigation of the ships in the port area, which is necessary for the safety evaluation of the navigable waters of the port. Dayaowan Port area of Dalian Port is a relatively busy port, the port area is also a lot of ships. For the safety of the port area, most of the judgment is perceptual. Based on this, this paper wants to give a quantitative evaluation in order to provide the navigation safety reference for the subsequent port development planning. Based on the analysis of various methods for evaluating navigable safety, a model of navigable safety evaluation is established by using the relevant knowledge of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in fuzzy mathematics. After the mathematical method is determined, the knowledge of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is introduced briefly, then the data in the expert questionnaire is processed, and the corresponding membership function is established according to each influencing factor. Secondly, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established by integrating these factors together. Thirdly, it introduces the basic situation of Dayaowan Port area of Dalian Port. According to the relevant theory of AHP, it establishes factor set, evaluation set and weight set, respectively. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of navigable safety in navigable waters has been established and the evaluation results have been obtained. The research in this paper provides a theoretical and practical reference for the safe operation of Dayaowan waters of Dalian Port.
