基于脑电的驾驶疲劳电刺激缓解技术研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济的发展及城市化的加快,汽车的保有量持续增长,道路安全问题日益严峻,而疲劳驾驶是导致交通事故发生的重要原因之一。所以及时发现并缓解驾驶疲劳并给予警报,对于降低交通事故的发生有重要意义。通过分析脑电信号检测驾驶员的疲劳状态并通过经皮穴位电刺激缓解疲劳,对于驾驶疲劳的预警及缓解有比较显著的作用。脑电是大脑活动最直接的反映,本文研究的方法可以基于脑电信号实时的检测驾驶疲劳。首先把采集到的脑电信号进行小波包分解,提取出δ波(0.5~4Hz),θ波(4~8Hz),并对δ波、θ波进行功率谱分析,得到其功率谱密度,最后再求出0.5~8Hz内信号的平均功率。把两个不同时间段的平均功率进行对比,根据其对比情况来分析疲劳程度。当检测到驾驶员的疲劳程度达到需要刺激的阈值后,开始对劳宫穴进行电刺激。通过实验的验证发现,在有电刺激的情况下,受试者脑电信号中的慢波活动相对于没有电刺激情况下的更弱。说明有电刺激情况下,受试者的疲劳程度更轻。结果表明该系统对缓解驾驶疲劳有一定的效果。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the number of cars keeps increasing, and the problem of road safety is becoming more and more serious. Fatigue driving is one of the important reasons leading to traffic accidents. So it is very important to find and relieve driving fatigue and give alarm in time to reduce traffic accidents. By analyzing the EEG signal to detect the fatigue state of the driver and relieve the fatigue through the electric stimulation of the transcutaneous acupoint, it has a significant effect on the warning and relief of driving fatigue. EEG is the most direct reflection of brain activity. The method studied in this paper can detect driving fatigue based on EEG in real time. Firstly, the collected EEG signals are decomposed by wavelet packet, and the 未 wave (0.5~4Hz) and 胃 wave (4~8Hz) are extracted. The power spectral density of 未 wave and 胃 wave is obtained by power spectrum analysis. Finally, the average power of the signal in 0.5~8Hz is calculated. The average power of two different time periods is compared and the fatigue degree is analyzed according to the comparison. When the fatigue degree of the driver reached the threshold of the need for stimulation, electrical stimulation of the Laogong acupoint was started. The experimental results show that the slow wave activity in EEG is weaker than that in the absence of electrical stimulation. The results showed that the subjects had less fatigue in the presence of electrical stimulation. The results show that the system has a certain effect on reducing driving fatigue.
