整体工业厂房复合净化装置设计制作及实验研究

【摘要】:针对整体工业厂房污染物治理的需要,本文研制了集成低温等离子体、TiO_2、紫外光触媒等多种污染物净化新技术的复合净化装置。该复合净化装置所采用的净化技术与传统的空气净化技术相比,具有能耗低,处理效率高,处理后的空气能循环使用等优点,适合各种整体工业厂房污染物净化的需要。 本文利用当前国内外在协同低温等离子体、TiO_2、紫外光触媒等气体污染物净化新技术方面的研究成果,设计了两种复合净化方案,并在理论分析、数值仿真的基础上,最终优选了一种方案。 为了优化装置结构设计及净化效率,作者采用Gambit、Fluent,chemkin-4.5,airpak等软件对装置进行建模,并进行了数值模拟,模拟内容包括气流组织分析、颗粒物净化效果分析、低温等离子反应器运行效率及影响污染物化学反应效率的因素分析等等。 最后在模拟的基础上对装置进行了优化,并制作了相应的样机,同时在1:1整体工业厂房内部对装置性能进行了测试。主要包括装置的运行稳定性、气流组织、处理效果等内容。为了验证该装置在大空间的整体厂房运行效果,作者还使用airpak对其气流进 行了仿真分析,,并实验研究了样机对不同粒径颗粒物的处理效果,结果表明:该装置各项参数运行状况正常,能够达到预期的净化效果,满足整体工业厂房室内空气质量的要求。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the need of pollutant treatment in the whole industrial plant, this paper developed a compound purification device which integrates many new technologies such as low temperature plasma, TiO_2, ultraviolet photocatalyst and so on. Compared with the traditional air purification technology, the combined purification technology has the advantages of low energy consumption, high treatment efficiency and recycling of air energy after treatment, which is suitable for the purification of pollutants in various industrial buildings. In this paper, two kinds of composite purification schemes are designed based on the new technologies of synergistic low temperature plasma and TiO_2, UV photocatalyst purification at home and abroad, and based on theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, two kinds of composite purification schemes are designed. Finally, a scheme was chosen. In order to optimize the structure design and purification efficiency of the device, the author used Gambit,Fluent,chemkin-4.5,airpak and other software to model the device, and carried out numerical simulation. The simulation contents include the analysis of airflow distribution and the analysis of the purification effect of particulate matter. The operating efficiency of low temperature plasma reactor and the factors affecting the chemical reaction efficiency of pollutants were analyzed and so on. Finally, on the basis of simulation, the device is optimized, and the corresponding prototype is made. At the same time, the performance of the device is tested in the whole industrial building at 1:1. It mainly includes operation stability, airflow organization, treatment effect and so on. In order to verify the operation effect of the device in the whole workshop in large space, the author also uses airpak to simulate and analyze its airflow, and the experimental study is made on the treatment effect of the prototype to different particle size. The results show that the operation condition of the equipment is normal, the expected purification effect can be achieved, and the indoor air quality of the whole industrial plant can be satisfied.
