香兰素生产工艺安全评价与分析

【摘要】:本文介绍了香兰素和邻氨基苯甲醚生产项目的布局以及概况。并对香兰素和邻氨基苯甲醚的生产的工艺流程以及反应机理进行了深入的研究。该研究具有明确的工业背景和应用价值。 根据香兰素和邻氨基苯甲醚生产过程中所使用的危险化学品原料的特性,对危险化学品原料进行了危险性的识别。对香兰素和邻氨基苯甲醚生产过程中以及工艺反应过程中存在的危险和有害因素进行了识别和分析。并且对物料的储存状况、装卸过程中的危险进行了识别以及分析讨论。 根据香兰素和邻氨基苯甲醚的储存状况和生产工艺特点,选择了危险度评价法、道化学火灾爆炸指数评价法和池火灾事故后果模拟分析法对该项目进行定性和定量的评价。最终对香兰素和邻氨基苯甲醚项目安全评价的结果进行了阐述,对该项目存在的风险进行了分级。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the layout and general situation of vanillin and o-aminophenyl ether production projects. The technological process and reaction mechanism of vanillin and o-aminomethyl ether were studied. This research has definite industrial background and application value. According to the characteristics of dangerous chemical raw materials used in the production of vanillin and o-aminophenomethyl ether, the dangerous chemical raw materials were identified. The dangerous and harmful factors in the production of vanillin and o-aminophenyl ether and in the process of reaction were identified and analyzed. The storage status of the material and the hazard during loading and unloading are identified and discussed. According to the storage status and production process characteristics of vanillin and o-aminomethyl ether, risk assessment method, chemical fire and explosion index evaluation method and simulation analysis method of pool fire accident consequence were selected to evaluate the project qualitatively and quantitatively. Finally, the safety evaluation results of vanillin and o-aminomethyl ether project are described, and the risk of the project is classified.
