温州南线路所行车安全分析与防护方案研究

【摘要】：研究目的:为了解决温州南线路所不具备设置安全线的问题,本文通过对线路所至温州南站间行车作业工况安全性分析,辨析出隐患工况。结合相关规范、线路所站场布局和信号控制系统,对重点隐患工况针对性地提出防护方案。研究结论:通过分析研究,得出如下结论:(1)线路所共存在20种作业工况,经辨析8种工况为隐患工况,其中"S_Z-前直后侧、S_Z-前侧后直"需重点防范;(2)设备正常时行车,车载设备能保证各种作业工况的行车安全;(3)反向运行时,如采用温州南站至青田站间大区间运行,则所有的反向运行工况都是安全的;(4)安全防范方案为:行车组织的优化,线路所通过信号机外移或红灯重复显示;(5)此分析方法可供类似站场布局的行车安全分析参考。
[Abstract]:Research objective: in order to solve the problem that Wenzhou South Line does not have the safety line, this paper analyzes the safety of the operation condition between the line and Wenzhou South Station, and analyzes the hidden trouble condition. Combined with the relevant specifications, the layout of the station and the signal control system of the line, the protection scheme for the key hidden troubles is put forward. The conclusions are as follows: (1) there are 20 kinds of working conditions in the line, among which "SZ- forward straight back side, SZ- front and back straight" need to be taken as the key prevention; (2) when the equipment is running normally, the vehicle-mounted equipment can guarantee the safety of various operation conditions; (3) when running in reverse operation, all the reverse operation conditions will be safe if the interval between Wenzhou South Station and Qingtian Station is adopted; (4) the safety prevention scheme is the optimization of the traffic organization, the outward movement of the line through the signal machine or the repeated display of the red light; (5) this analysis method can be used as a reference for the traffic safety analysis similar to the layout of the station yard.
