顶板高位定向大直径长钻孔钻进技术与装备

【摘要】:顶板高位钻孔是治理采空区瓦斯的有效技术手段之一,利用随钻测量定向钻进技术施工顶板高位定向钻孔可显著改善采空区瓦斯治理效果和经济效果。针对当前顶板高位定向钻孔钻进深度浅、钻进效率低和安全措施不够等问题,研制了大功率定向钻进装备、优化了钻进成孔工艺方案和扩孔钻具级配、开发了复合定向钻进技术和大直径扩孔技术等,形成了完整配套的定向钻进技术与装备。现场试验施工的大直径顶板高位定向长钻孔孔径达到153mm,孔深达到1026m,先导孔钻进效率大于41m/班。试验结果表明,研究的钻进技术和装备满足大直径顶板高位定向长钻孔实钻深度、直径和速度的需要,可用于大型工作面的采空区瓦斯抽采治理,对煤矿安全高效开采意义重大。
[Abstract]:High roof drilling is one of the effective techniques to control gas in goaf. Using directional drilling while drilling can significantly improve the effect and economic effect of gas treatment in goaf. Aiming at the problems of shallow drilling depth, low drilling efficiency and insufficient safety measures at present, the high power directional drilling equipment is developed, and the drilling process scheme and drilling tool grading are optimized. The combined directional drilling technology and the large diameter reaming technology were developed, which formed a complete set of directional drilling technology and equipment. The drilling efficiency of pilot hole is higher than that of 41m/ class. The hole diameter of large diameter roof is 153mm and the depth of hole is 1026m. The test results show that the drilling technology and equipment studied can meet the needs of the deep, diameter and velocity of the large diameter roof high position directional long drilling hole, and can be used for the gas drainage treatment in the large goaf of the working face. It is of great significance to the safe and efficient mining of coal mines.
