高地温环境对煤自燃极限参数的影响研究

【摘要】:针对深井高地温环境对煤自燃极限参数的影响问题,利用程序升温实验研究的方法,进行煤样恒温40℃处理后程序升温和常温条件下程序升温的实验设计,研究煤样的自燃特性,计算两组煤样的耗氧速率、CO产生率、CO2产生率和放热强度,得出煤自燃极限参数的变化规律,实验结果显示:处理后升温的煤样耗氧速率、CO产生率、CO2产生率和放热强度均高于常温条件下升温的煤样,煤自燃极限参数中最小浮煤厚度和下限氧浓度值均减小,上限漏风强度值增大,并且变化率随煤温近似呈线性增长趋势,说明高地温导致煤体的氧化放热性增强,更容易蓄热升温,自燃危险性增大。
