罐装液态二氧化碳直接防灭火技术

【摘要】:为了快速消除煤层自燃危险,设计了液态二氧化碳罐装储运设备。利用液态二氧化碳灭火列车将液态二氧罐直接运到煤矿井下自燃危险区或高温区附近,直接向自燃危险区域灌注液态二氧化碳,起到快速降氧与降温灭火功能。液态二氧化碳直接灌注防灭火技术在双鸭山矿区近距离煤层群自燃危险区进行了应用。应用结果表明,该技术能够快速有效地降低了火区温度以及氧气浓度,使CO等煤自燃指标气体迅速下降到正常,消除了自燃隐患。
[Abstract]:In order to eliminate coal seam spontaneous combustion hazard quickly, liquid carbon dioxide tank storage and transportation equipment was designed. The liquid carbon dioxide fire extinguishing train is used to transport the liquid dioxid tank directly to the coal mine underground spontaneous combustion dangerous area or the high temperature area, directly to the spontaneous combustion dangerous area pour liquid carbon dioxide, play the function of rapidly reducing oxygen and cooling and extinguishing fire. The technology of direct infusion of liquid carbon dioxide for fire prevention and control has been applied in the area of spontaneous combustion of coal seams at close distance in Shuangyashan mining area. The application results show that the technology can rapidly and effectively reduce the temperature and oxygen concentration in the fire area, and make the gas of spontaneous combustion of coal such as CO decrease to normal quickly, thus eliminating the hidden danger of spontaneous combustion.
