水锤力作用下的深井排水管路疲劳寿命研究

【摘要】:以800 m深井立式抢险排水系统为例,分析了深井排水系统管路正常运行时的所受载荷,并运用HARMMER水锤瞬态分析软件分析了系统管路在不同水锤防护方法下所受的动载荷;运用ANSYS有限元分析件,对排水管路进行静载分析及安全性评价,并分别对系统最上端和最下端管路在停泵水锤力作用下的疲劳寿命进行分析,估算出最上端和最下端管路可承受停泵水锤的次数;最后由分析结果得出最下端管路的疲劳寿命为最上端管路的12.9倍,提出了排水管路编号管理办法及上下排水管路交替的使用方法,有效地提高了排水管路的使用安全性。
[Abstract]:Taking the vertical emergency drainage system of 800m deep well as an example, the load under the normal operation of the deep well drainage system is analyzed, the dynamic load of the system pipeline under different water hammer protection methods is analyzed by using the HARMMER water hammer transient analysis software, and the finite element analysis part of ANSYS is used, The static load analysis and the safety evaluation of the drainage pipeline are carried out, and the fatigue life of the upper and lower pipelines of the system under the action of the water hammer of the pump is analyzed. At last, the analysis result shows that the fatigue life of the line at the lowest end is 12.9 times that of the upper pipeline, and the method for managing the number of the drainage pipe and the alternate use method of the upper and lower drainage pipes are put forward, and the safety of the use of the drainage pipe is effectively improved.
