HAZOP在线分析系统开发研究

【摘要】:危险与可操作性分析(Hazard and OperabilityAnalysis)作为完备性最好的安全系统评价方法之一,被国内外众多生产企业和设计单位所普遍接受,并应用于装置、设备的整个生命周期。但HAZOP分析报告均以纸介质形式保存,,使其难以发挥有效作用。为提高HAZOP分析结果的实用性和指导作用,作者开发设计了HAZOP在线分析系统方法。依托HAZOP专家系统数据库,导入HAZOP分析报告实现对其查询管理,开发HAZOP专家系统与DCS接口,实时获取现场生产数据,并在非正常状况下由DCS信号触发HAZOP专家系统并访问数据库,便于现场操作人员及时作出应急处置。 本文首先开展国内外DCS系统调研工作,完成常见DCS类型的收集、统计和分析。由此明确HAZOP专家系统与DCS接口主要采用OPC技术规范。通过对OPC技术的研究,设计开发了OPC服务器和OPC客户端,对其开发过程进行详细描述,并设置程序的运行环境,确保软件正常工作,同时进行了软件试运行操作。 为保证HAZOP专家系统的实时性,引入实时数据库技术。在此基础上,构建HAZOP专家系统框架架构:用户界面、知识库、实时数据库、推理机、人机接口、系统数据库、知识获取机制和解释机制。并对各组成部分的具体实现进行了描述,尤其着重介绍了实时数据库部分的设计思路,包括其功能分析、设计思想、应用模式及结构设计。至此完成了整个系统的开发。
[Abstract]:Hazard and maneuverability Analysis (Hazard and OperabilityAnalysis), as one of the best safety system evaluation methods, has been widely accepted by many domestic and foreign production enterprises and design units, and applied to the whole life cycle of devices and equipment. However, HAZOP analysis reports are kept in the form of paper media, making it difficult to play an effective role. In order to improve the practicability and guidance of HAZOP analysis results, the method of HAZOP on-line analysis system is developed and designed. Relying on HAZOP expert system database, importing HAZOP analysis report to realize query management, developing the interface between HAZOP expert system and DCS, obtaining real-time production data, and triggering HAZOP expert system by DCS signal and accessing database under abnormal condition. It is convenient for on-site operators to make emergency disposal in time. In this paper, the research work of DCS system at home and abroad is carried out, and the collection, statistics and analysis of common DCS types are completed. So it is clear that the interface between HAZOP expert system and DCS mainly adopts OPC technical specification. Through the research of OPC technology, the OPC server and OPC client are designed and developed. The development process is described in detail, and the running environment of the program is set up to ensure the normal work of the software. At the same time, the trial operation of the software is carried out. In order to ensure the real-time performance of HAZOP expert system, real-time database technology is introduced. On this basis, the framework of HAZOP expert system is constructed: user interface, knowledge base, real-time database, inference machine, man-machine interface, system database, knowledge acquisition mechanism and interpretation mechanism. The concrete realization of each component is described, especially the design idea of real-time database, including its function analysis, design idea, application pattern and structure design. At this point, the development of the whole system has been completed.
