基于双服务模式的城市车辆拯救站点选址研究
[Abstract]:The rational configuration and layout of urban vehicle rescue stations are related to urban traffic safety and operational efficiency. Urban vehicle rescue station planning in advance and initiative, pay attention to timeliness and passivity. The purpose of carrying out vehicle rescue station planning research is to make full use of existing land resources and rationally distribute vehicle rescue equipment, so as to maximize vehicle rescue response speed and service quality. It is of great practical significance to reduce the adverse consequences caused by vehicle faults and accidents as far as possible to improve the capacity of urban traffic emergency support. Based on the theory and practice of emergency facility location at home and abroad, this paper divides the current domestic urban vehicle rescue service mode into two types: car club vehicle rescue service mode and government-led vehicle rescue service mode. According to the operation mechanism and characteristics of these two kinds of vehicle rescue service modes, based on the analysis of the connotation of vehicle rescue site location decision and the commonly used rescue facility location model, according to the requirements of efficiency, fairness and backup coverage, In this paper, a decision-making model for location selection of vehicle rescue stations is proposed for two vehicle rescue modes. For the club vehicle rescue model, the corresponding location model is established to improve the service range of vehicle rescue. For the vehicle rescue service mode guided by the government, the aim is to improve the efficiency of vehicle rescue service. Due to the scale of rescue stations and the grading of rescue capacity, this paper proposes a two-layer rescue point location model. Low-level vehicle rescue stations are equipped with common rescue resources, high-level vehicle rescue stations need to be equipped with special vehicle rescue resources in addition to common resources. The site selection of vehicle rescue stations involves many and complex factors, including economic factors, efficiency factors, fair factors and environmental factors, etc. This paper proposes a qualitative and quantitative evaluation method for site selection evaluation. The weight of each evaluation factor is determined, and the optimal scheme is determined. The effectiveness of the evaluation method is proved by a case study.
