白炽灯对羊毛织物的引燃情况

【摘要】:以100、150 W的白炽灯泡为引火源,选择单层、多层羊毛织物在平铺状态下距离引火源0、1、5cm的条件下进行模拟实验,测得毛织物在不同引火源下的温度上升规律以及被引燃的情况。得出毛织物的引燃条件与引火源、毛织物自身的厚度、引火源的距离之间的关系。实验结果表明,羊毛织物一般在20min能被100、150 W灯泡引燃,炭化严重,最高温度达200℃。
[Abstract]:Using 100150 W incandescent bulb as ignition source, single-layer and multi-layer wool fabric was selected to simulate the temperature rise and ignition of wool fabric under the condition of 0, 1 and 5 cm apart from the ignition source under the condition of tiling. The temperature rising rule of wool fabric under different ignition sources and the condition of ignition were measured. The relationship between ignition condition of wool fabric and ignition source, thickness of wool fabric and distance of ignition source is obtained. The experimental results show that wool fabric can be ignited by 100150 W bulb in 20min and carbonized seriously, and the highest temperature is up to 200 鈩,
