细水雾粒度与流量对瓦斯爆炸下限的影响试验研究

【摘要】:通过自建的细水雾抑爆试验系统,分别测试了不同细水雾粒度、流量下瓦斯爆炸下限,根据试验结果,从理论上分析了细水雾粒度、流量对瓦斯爆炸的抑制过程,发现细水雾与自由基碰撞销毁在抑制瓦斯爆炸反应中的作用比其它因素要小。通过分析得到了细水雾粒度、流量对瓦斯爆炸下限的影响规律:试验条件下,水雾粒度越小,水雾流量越大,瓦斯爆炸下限越高;水雾粒度参数在对瓦斯爆炸下限的影响中起主要作用,水雾流量参数起次要作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the self-built water mist explosion suppression test system, the different particle size of water mist and the lower limit of gas explosion under flow rate were tested respectively. According to the test results, the process of gas explosion suppression by water mist particle size and flow rate was analyzed theoretically. It is found that the collision destruction of water mist with free radicals plays a smaller role in inhibiting gas explosion reaction than other factors. The effects of fine water mist particle size and flow rate on the lower limit of gas explosion are obtained. The smaller the particle size of water mist is, the greater the water mist flow rate is, the higher the lower limit of gas explosion is. The particle size parameters of water mist play a main role in the influence of gas explosion lower limit, and the parameters of water mist flow rate play a secondary role.
