桦木木垛火羽流竖直方向烟颗粒形貌特征

【摘要】:为研究桦木木垛火羽流竖直方向烟颗粒的形貌特征,利用自行搭建的小尺寸试验平台开展试验,采集不同采样高度处的烟颗粒,结合场发射扫描电镜(SEM)图像,通过相关的图像处理软件,分析烟颗粒形貌特征和尺度分布。研究表明:当采样高度不高于0.8m时,烟颗粒被表面大量焦油包裹而呈片状;当采样高度高于0.8 m时,随着采样高度的增加,附着在采样网上的焦油逐渐减少,烟颗粒逐渐显露出来;烟颗粒平均粒径分布在44~47 nm之间。
[Abstract]:In order to study the morphology and characteristics of smoke particles in the vertical direction of birch fire plume, the smoke particles at different sampling heights were collected by using a small scale test platform built by ourselves, and combined with (SEM) images of field emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The image processing software was used to analyze the morphology and size distribution of smoke particles. The results show that when the sampling height is less than 0.8 m, the smoke particles are coated with a large amount of tar on the surface and become flaky. When the sampling height is higher than 0.8m, the tar attached to the sampling net decreases and the smoke particles show gradually with the increase of sampling height, and the average particle size distribution of the smoke particles is between 44 nm and 47 min.
