上保护层开采岩体破裂特征与瓦斯渗流规律及应用研究

【摘要】:分析了登封矿区瓦斯赋存构造逐级控制特征和瓦斯地质规律,论证了蹬槽矿保护层开采条件。在矿山压力相关理论、岩石破坏过程分析和含瓦斯煤岩渗流—应力—损伤耦合的基础上,研究了中距离上保护层开采过程中顶底板岩层变形破坏、裂隙产生发育扩展演化规律,以及瓦斯解吸释放运移过程,提炼了采动岩体破裂效果中的裂隙场演化特征,并进行力学机理分析。被保护层的卸压膨胀会产生大量离层裂隙与穿层裂隙,被保护层瓦斯卸压解吸,在瓦斯压力梯度的驱动下,通过裂隙通道涌入到采空区或保护层,消除被保护层的突出危险性。煤岩力学特性包括弹性模量、内摩擦角和抗拉强度和流变特性会影响到煤岩破裂及岩层移动过程。研究采动岩体损伤-变形-破坏的热效应,揭示岩体力学性能与热效应变化的关系。明确了在保护层掘进、回采时煤层底板膨胀区与压缩区交界处容易诱发突出危险。制定了探层间距与探构造措施,并对掘进过程中不同时期的瓦斯来源进行了现场实测与分析,提出了分源瓦斯治理方案,实现了中距离保护层的安全快速掘进。
[Abstract]:The gas occurrence structure and gas geology law in Dengfeng mining area are analyzed, and the mining conditions of protective layer in Dengfeng mine are demonstrated. Based on the relevant theory of mine pressure, the analysis of rock failure process and the seepage-stress-damage coupling of gas-bearing coal and rock, the deformation and failure of roof and floor strata and the development and evolution of cracks in the middle distance upper protective layer mining process are studied. The evolution characteristics of fracture field in the fracture effect of mining rock mass are extracted and the mechanical mechanism is analyzed. The unloading and expansion of the protected layer will produce a large number of off-layer cracks and cross-layer cracks, which will be released by gas unloading and desorption in the protective layer. Driven by the gas pressure gradient, the protected layer will be flooded into the goaf or protective layer through the crack channel to eliminate the outburst danger of the protected layer. The mechanical properties of coal and rock, including elastic modulus, internal friction angle, tensile strength and rheological properties, will affect the process of coal-rock fracture and rock movement. The thermal effect of damage-deformation-failure of mining rock mass is studied and the relationship between mechanical properties of rock mass and the change of thermal effect is revealed. It is clear that it is easy to induce outburst danger at the boundary between expansion area and compression area of coal seam floor during excavation and mining in protective layer. The spacing of exploration layers and the structural measures of exploration are formulated, and the field measurement and analysis of gas sources in different periods in the process of tunneling are carried out, and the control scheme of separate sources of gas is put forward, which realizes the safe and rapid excavation of medium distance protective layer.
