综采工作面煤尘扩散规律的研究

【摘要】:采用CFD离散相物理模型对采煤工作面不同割煤方式煤尘扩散进行模拟,对模型中5条代表性直线进行煤尘浓度检测,得出具有普遍试用的一般性煤尘扩散规律。发现顺风割煤时煤尘水平方向扩散速度快,但局限于采煤工作面底部范围,中心线浓度在煤机后10~15 m达到峰值;逆风割煤时煤尘垂直方向扩散速度快,中心线浓度在煤机后5~10 m达到峰值,并且煤尘浓度峰值高于顺风割煤煤尘浓度峰值。2种割煤方式煤尘浓度在煤机后40~50 m处在水平方向达到基本稳定,垂直方向煤尘底板浓度高于顶板浓度。
[Abstract]:The CFD discrete phase physical model is used to simulate the coal dust diffusion in different coal cutting modes in coal mining face. Five representative lines in the model are tested for coal dust concentration, and the general coal dust diffusion rule with universal trial is obtained. It is found that the horizontal diffusion speed of coal dust is fast when cutting coal with wind, but it is limited to the bottom of coal mining face, and the concentration of the center line reaches the peak value at 10 ~ 15 m after coal mining. When cutting coal by reverse wind, the vertical diffusion speed of coal dust is fast, and the concentration of the center line reaches the peak value at 5-10 m behind the coal-mining machine. The peak value of coal dust concentration is higher than that of Shunfeng cut coal dust concentration. The coal dust concentration of the two coal cutting methods is basically stable in the horizontal direction at 40 m after coal mining, and the vertical coal dust floor concentration is higher than the roof concentration.
