CEPR反应堆厂房双层安全壳施工

【摘要】:反应堆厂房采用双层安全壳是地3代中国先进压水堆(CEPR)三代核电提高安全性的重要举措之一,其结构设计复杂,因此建设中的质量和进度控制尤为关键。如何合理高效地组织施工,对于三代核电建设自主化、提高经济性均具有重要的意义。在充分吸取国内外类似项目经验的基础上,台山核电一期工程采取钢衬里设计优化及模块化施工、先施工内安全壳后施工外安全壳等举措取得了良好的效果。1号机组在24个月内就实现了从筏基第一罐砼(即混凝土)到穹顶吊装,质量和进度均优于类似项目。本文对此进行了总结并提出改进建议,可供后续类似项目建设参考。
[Abstract]:Double-layer containment is one of the important measures to improve the safety of the third generation (CEPR) nuclear power plant. The structure design of the reactor plant is complex, so the quality and schedule control in the construction is very important. How to organize the construction reasonably and efficiently is of great significance to the independence of the third generation nuclear power construction and the improvement of economy. On the basis of fully absorbing the experience of similar projects at home and abroad, the first phase of Taishan Nuclear Power Project adopts steel lining design optimization and modular construction. In 24 months, the first tank of concrete on raft foundation (that is, concrete) to the dome is hoisting, the quality and progress of unit 1 is better than that of the similar project, and the quality and progress of the project is better than that of the similar project in the first construction of the containment shell and then the construction of the outer containment shell and other measures have achieved good results. This paper summarizes and puts forward suggestions for improvement, which can be used as reference for follow-up similar projects.
