锂电池航空运输火灾事故风险分析及控制措施

【摘要】:随着锂电池及锂电池设备的广泛应用以及航空运输量的日益增多,锂电池航空运输事故也在不断增加。据FAA统计的全球锂电池航空运输事故案例显示,冒烟、起火事故超过事故总量的90%。锂电池航空运输火灾事故不仅会影响个人生命安全,造成财产损失,而且还会对国家安全和财产形成威胁。因此,研究锂电池航空运输火灾事故,规避潜在风险很有必要。通过对锂电池航空运输火灾事故进行风险分析,可以得出各个风险因素对事故的影响程度,给锂电池航空运输火灾事故控制措施的制定提供参考和依据,为今后研究锂电池航空运输的安全问题提供帮助。本课题就锂电池航空运输火灾事故进行了研究,应用事故树分析结合三角模糊理论的方法,解决了锂电池航空运输火灾事故存在的诸多不确定性的问题,具体内容可以分为如下四个部分:(1)研究锂电池航空运输事故案例,重点分析冒烟、起火事故,分析事故原因,为课题研究提供现实依据;(2)结合事故案例分析,从锂电池自身和航空运输过程两方面出发,对可能引起锂电池火灾事故的各个风险因素进行阐述;(3)简述风险分析的目的、内容及锂电池航空运输火灾事故风险分析的流程,比较并选取一种适合的风险分析方法,为课题研究提供理论依据;(4)编制锂电池航空运输火灾事故树,应用模糊事故树分析方法进行定性及定量风险分析,针对分析结果提出控制措施。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of lithium battery and lithium battery equipment and the increasing air traffic, the air transportation accident of lithium battery is also increasing. According to FAA statistics of the global lithium battery air transport accident cases show that smoke, fire accidents more than 90% of the total number of accidents. Lithium battery air transport fire accident will not only affect the safety of individuals and cause property damage, but also pose a threat to national security and property. Therefore, it is necessary to study the fire accident of lithium battery air transportation and avoid the potential risk. Through the risk analysis of lithium battery air transport fire accident, the influence degree of each risk factor on the accident can be obtained, which provides a reference and basis for the formulation of fire accident control measures for lithium battery air transportation fire. It is helpful to study the safety of lithium battery air transportation in the future. In this paper, the fire accident of lithium battery air transportation is studied, and many uncertain problems of lithium battery air transportation fire accident are solved by using the method of fault tree analysis combined with triangular fuzzy theory. The specific contents can be divided into the following four parts: (1) to study the case of lithium battery air transportation accident, focusing on the analysis of smoke, fire accident, analysis of the causes of the accident, to provide a realistic basis for the subject research; (2) combined with the analysis of accident cases, the risk factors of lithium battery fire accident are expounded from two aspects: lithium battery itself and air transportation process. (3) the purpose and content of risk analysis and the process of risk analysis of lithium battery air transportation fire accident are briefly described, and a suitable risk analysis method is compared and selected, which provides a theoretical basis for the research of the subject. (4) the accident tree of lithium battery air transportation fire is compiled, and the qualitative and quantitative risk analysis is carried out by using fuzzy fault tree analysis method, and the control measures are put forward according to the analysis results.
