基于孤单翼理论矿用除尘风机叶轮设计及强度校核

【摘要】:阐述了除尘风机在采矿工程及隧道掘进工程中应用的重要性,及其对岩巷、煤巷及锚喷工作面的含尘、含毒空气,直接抽尘现场净化,从而实现保护工人免受尘、毒侵害,有效地提高工人劳动效率。通过孤单翼理论及等环量设计方法,设计了一款空气动力性能优越的轴流式除尘风机叶轮,并对其进行了强度校核,其应力均小于其许用应力,完全满足设计要求。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the importance of the application of dust removal fan in mining engineering and tunnel excavation project, and its dust, toxic air and direct dust cleaning in rock roadway, coal roadway and anchor and spray face, so as to protect the workers from dust and poison. Effectively improve the labor efficiency of workers. Based on the lonely wing theory and equal ring design method, a axial flow dust removal fan impeller with superior aerodynamic performance is designed and its strength is checked. The stress is less than its allowable stress and fully meets the design requirements.
