基于Ventsim的矿井通风系统稳定性分析

【摘要】:摘要:为了保证矿井安全生产,改善井下工作人员的劳动条件,降低矿难的发生率,需要确保矿井通风系统的稳定性。本文基于Ventsim通风三维仿真系统,对矿井通风系统参数的稳定性采用单因素分析方法进行研究。主要研究内容和成果有: (1)分析了国内外近20年来矿井通风类软件的发展概况,并结合金属矿通风系统的实际情况,选择了适合该矿的通风系统软件——Ventsim三维通风仿真系统软件。 (2)运用Ventsim软件构建了某金属矿通风系统三维模型,并确定了特征分支巷道。采用单因素分析法,通过改变某一特征分支巷道的风阻值,模拟其它分支巷道的参数变化情况,得出了分支风量与风机工况点对矿井通风系统稳定性的影响。 (3)通过改变扩散器出口的直径大小,模拟主风机的全压效率与特征分支巷道的参数变化情况,验证了扩散器出口直径与特征分支参数之间的耦合关系。因此,选择合适大小的风机扩散器出口直径,可以最大限度的回收出口动能。 (4)运用矿井通风网络及风量调节理论,对通风系统参数之间的相互关系进行分析研究,提出合理的建议和以后发展的趋势。图42幅,表14个,参考文献75篇
[Abstract]:Abstract: in order to ensure the safety of mine production, improve the working conditions of underground workers and reduce the incidence of mine accidents, it is necessary to ensure the stability of mine ventilation system. In this paper, based on Ventsim ventilation three-dimensional simulation system, the stability of mine ventilation system parameters is studied by single factor analysis method. The main research contents and achievements are as follows: (1) the development of mine ventilation software at home and abroad in the past 20 years is analyzed, and combined with the actual situation of metal mine ventilation system, Ventsim 3D ventilation simulation system software, which is suitable for the mine, is selected. (2) the three-dimensional model of ventilation system in a metal mine is constructed by using Ventsim software, and the characteristic branch roadway is determined. The single factor analysis method is used to simulate the parameter change of other branch roadway by changing the wind resistance value of one characteristic branch roadway, and the influence of branch air volume and fan working condition point on the stability of mine ventilation system is obtained. (3) by changing the diameter of diffuser outlet and simulating the change of total pressure efficiency of main fan and the parameters of characteristic branch roadway, the coupling relationship between diffuser outlet diameter and characteristic branch parameters is verified. Therefore, the outlet kinetic energy can be recovered as much as possible by selecting the outlet diameter of fan diffuser of suitable size. (4) based on the theory of mine ventilation network and air volume regulation, the relationship between ventilation system parameters is analyzed and studied, and reasonable suggestions and future development trends are put forward.
