瓦斯含量法预测煤与瓦斯突出试验研究

【摘要】:目前我国已有一套较为成熟的煤与瓦斯突出预测方法,该方法对国内的煤与瓦斯突出防治工作起到了非常重要的作用,但是还存在一些不足之处,比如预测周期较长、预测为不突出时的进尺较短、低指标发生突出等。本文主要通过理论研究、现场测试、实验室研究、数值模拟等手段,利用瓦斯含量法进行煤与瓦斯突出预测的研究,并在淮南矿业集团谢桥矿6号煤层进行了现场应用。 论文通过煤与瓦斯突出的能量来源和消耗分析,得出煤与瓦斯突出的能量量化关系;然后以一次实际发生的突出事例进行能量计算和分析,得出由游离瓦斯膨胀能和解吸瓦斯膨胀能所组成的瓦斯膨胀能提供了瓦斯突出所需的绝大部分能量的结论,这其中解吸瓦斯膨胀能对突出的发展起到非常重要的作用,而瓦斯膨胀能主要取决于煤层的瓦斯含量和瓦斯解吸速度的关系,阐述了瓦斯含量法预测煤与瓦斯突出的理论、科学。 论文对瓦斯解吸扩散公式进行了详细的推导,从菲克第二扩散方程入手,假定合理的初始条件和边界条件,通过详细的推导得出方程的通解并给出了通解的近似解,然后对其误差进行了分析,为直接法测定瓦斯含量提供了理论基础,详细的介绍了不同条件下煤的高压吸附特征的实验方法;本文还详细的介绍了煤层瓦斯含量的直接测定方法,以及如何提高瓦斯含量测值的准确性;作者与其他研究人员合作研发了煤与瓦斯突出的数值模拟软件SIMBURST,它是将两个成熟的商业软件FLAC3D和COMET3连接/整合/耦合起来的混合三维数值计算程序,该软件综合考虑了煤体的屈服变形和煤体瓦斯的解吸流动规律及其相互作用的关系,可用该软件考察含瓦斯煤体的物理力学参数对突出临界值的敏感性,并通过逐渐增加输入的初始瓦斯含量值直至煤与瓦斯突出的发生,以此来模拟确定其瓦斯含量的临界值。 论文对瓦斯含量法预测煤与瓦斯突出在谢桥矿6煤层进行了应用和验证。论文详细描述了谢桥矿6号煤层煤样在不同条件下的瓦斯解吸实验,并对其结果进行了分析和研究;在此基础上,对该煤层进行了瓦斯含量的直接测定实验,并根据数值模拟结果,结合其他手段确定了谢桥煤矿6号煤层(-760m标高以上)发生煤与瓦斯突出的临界瓦斯含量,进而利用瓦斯含量法对该区域进行了煤与瓦斯突出预测,其结果与现场的瓦斯动力现象、有关单位的鉴定结果相吻合,说明可以利用瓦斯含量法预测煤与瓦斯突出。
[Abstract]:At present, there is a set of mature prediction methods for coal and gas outburst in our country, which plays a very important role in the prevention and control of coal and gas outburst in China, but there are still some shortcomings, such as a long prediction cycle. When the prediction is not prominent, the advance is short, and the low index is prominent. In this paper, the prediction of coal and gas outburst is studied by means of theoretical research, field test, laboratory research, numerical simulation and so on, and it has been applied in No. 6 coal seam of Xieqiao Mine of Huainan Mining Group. Based on the analysis of energy source and consumption of coal and gas outburst, the quantitative relationship between energy of coal and gas outburst is obtained in this paper. Then the energy is calculated and analyzed with an actual outburst case, and it is concluded that the gas expansion energy composed of free gas expansion energy and gas absorption expansion energy provides most of the energy needed for gas outburst.
