定向长钻孔超前疏放顶板水技术在枣泉煤矿的应用

【摘要】:枣泉煤矿是我国西北侏罗系顶板裂隙水害典型代表矿井,主要受顶板直罗组砂岩含水层威胁,且存在大量烧变岩水,严重影响矿井正常生产。为了解决常规钻孔疏放顶板水时存在的施工工期和疏放周期长等问题,在11202工作面形成前,采用随钻测量定向钻进技术施工的定向长钻孔及分支孔对顶板直罗组砂岩含水层和烧变岩水进行了超前疏放,共完成4个定向长钻孔和5个分支孔,总进尺2589m,最大钻孔深度603m,单孔最大瞬时放水量64.8m~3/h,疏放周期三个月时共放水57440m~3,解除了顶板水害隐患,减少了工作面准备时间,确保了巷道掘进和工作面回采的安全。
