复杂系统安全控制在重大危险源管理中的应用
[Abstract]:At present, accidents caused by major hazard sources occur frequently in our country, the fundamental reason is that the disaster mechanism of the system is unknown, the research work is divorced from the real system, and the lack of systematic point of view and systematic thinking. In this paper, the particle reactor is used as the simplified model of the complex system, and the collapse mechanism of the reactor is explored under different conditions. Therefore, the disaster mechanism and safety control method of complex system are put forward, on the basis of which the accident mechanism of production system is analyzed, and the safety control mode of production system is put forward. The results are applied to the safety management of major hazards, the management system of major hazards is constructed, and the identification, classification and evaluation techniques of major hazards are improved. The main work is as follows: (1) the cataclysm mechanism of complex systems can be essentially attributed to the chain reaction mechanism of energy dissipation. Based on four factors: external input, system structure, system boundary and system state under certain boundary conditions, this paper explores the catastrophic mechanism of complex system through reactor experiment. The safety control method of complex system is put forward. (2) the influencing factors and action mechanism of system accident are analyzed, the safety control mode of production system is put forward, and the management system of major hazard source is constructed. (3) the identification of hazard source, Classification and evaluation are the basis of major hazard management. In this paper, the current identification, classification and evaluation techniques of major hazard sources are improved, and a static and dynamic classification method of major hazard sources is proposed. Establish the evaluation system of major hazard sources. (4) carry on the static and dynamic classification to the major hazard sources of a company, and put forward the concrete management suggestions and safety control measures for the company.
