棋盘井矿综采工作面煤层注水工艺研究

【摘要】:针对棋盘井矿综采工作面粉尘危害严重的情况,对该矿Ⅰ020902工作面进行了煤层注水试验,从煤的原有水分含量、孔隙率、自然吸水率、坚固性系数4个方面对该矿煤层是否适合注水进行了实验分析。为了取得更好的除尘效果,从钻孔参数、注水参数、封孔技术进行了优化对比。现场试验结果表明,在注水压力7 MPa、钻孔间距15 m、单孔注水量370 m~3、注水流量2.1 m~3/h、单孔注水时间8 d、同时注水钻孔数量3个,以及用水泥—水玻璃封孔、封孔深度8 m时,煤层注水除尘效果较好,工作面全尘降尘率能达到86.38%,呼吸性粉尘降尘率能达到75.94%。
