长平煤矿原煤瓦斯含量与瓦斯压力对应关系研究

【摘要】:通过煤层瓦斯压力和瓦斯含量预测区域突出危险性的时候存在瓦斯压力和瓦斯含量指标不匹配的问题,导致结果差异较大,为此,论文通过研究原煤瓦斯含量及瓦斯压力的对应关系来确定长平煤矿的区域预测瓦斯含量临界值。论文利用研制的高压吸附煤样密封罐,在采样点施工钻孔采集煤样,现场进行压力恢复测试,并结合实验室高压吸附实验,研究原煤瓦斯含量与瓦斯压力的关系。通过研究不同水分分布条件下吸附平衡时的瓦斯含量与瓦斯压力关系,建立了不同水分区间瓦斯压力与瓦斯含量关系模型,综合分析了瓦斯压力和瓦斯含量的关系,获得了长平煤矿3号煤层原煤瓦斯压力与瓦斯含量的两条临界曲线,以此确定了长平煤矿3号煤层瓦斯含量预测突出临界域为[10.22m~3/t,16.58m~3/t]。在考虑到煤层水分赋存的不均衡性、煤层瓦斯吸附的复杂性和试验样本的局限性的基础上,将其临界域下限10.22 m~3/t取1.1倍的安全系数即9.3 m~3/t作为长平煤矿3号煤层瓦斯含量预测煤层突出危险性临界值。
[Abstract]:There is a mismatch between gas pressure and gas content index when coal seam gas pressure and gas content predict regional outburst risk, which leads to great difference in results. Therefore, by studying the corresponding relationship between raw coal gas content and gas pressure, the critical value of regional predicted gas content in Changping Coal Mine is determined. In this paper, the high pressure adsorption coal sample sealing tank is used to collect the coal samples in the drilling hole at the sampling point, and the pressure recovery test is carried out on the spot. Combined with the laboratory high pressure adsorption experiment, the relationship between the raw coal gas content and the gas pressure is studied. By studying the relationship between gas content and gas pressure in adsorption equilibrium under different water distribution conditions, the relationship models between gas pressure and gas content in different water regions are established, the relationship between gas pressure and gas content is comprehensively analyzed, and two critical curves of gas pressure and gas content in No. 3 coal seam of Changping Coal Mine are obtained. Based on this, the critical area of gas content prediction in No. 3 coal seam of Changping Coal Mine is determined to be [10.22 m 3 t, 16.58 m 3].
