喷雾降尘中加速沉降尘粒雾滴尾流效应研究

【摘要】:为了更为深刻地认识与理解喷雾降尘机理,研究了射流雾滴的尾流流场以及射流雾滴尾流对尘粒沉降运动的影响。利用Fluent软件模拟研究了静止雾滴绕流流场,通过伽利略坐标变换得到射流雾滴尾流速度分布,继而获得尘粒迎风面平均气流速度;由尘粒受力分析可知尘粒所受流体曳力是尘粒运动的主要作用力,为此建立了尘粒迎风面平均气流速度与尘粒所受雾滴尾流流体曳力之间的关系。研究表明,射流雾滴背风面为非均匀尾流流场,发生了流动分离,雾滴迎风面与背风面的流线不再对称;喷雾降尘中射流雾滴的尾流效应对尘粒的沉降运动起加速作用,且影响作用关系为:尘粒与雾滴的粒径比d/D轴向间距s/D射流雾滴雷诺数Re_D。
[Abstract]:In order to understand and understand the mechanism of spray dust reduction, the wake flow field of jet droplets and the effect of jet droplet wake on the settling motion of dust particles were studied. The flow field around static droplets is simulated by Fluent software, and the velocity distribution of jet droplet wake is obtained by Galileo coordinate transformation, and then the average airflow velocity on the upwind surface of dust particles is obtained. according to the force analysis of dust particles, it can be seen that the fluid drag force on dust particles is the main force of dust particle movement, and the relationship between the average airflow velocity on the upwind surface of dust particles and the drag force of droplets wake on dust particles is established. The results show that the leeward surface of jet droplets is a non-uniform wake flow field, and the flow separation occurs, and the streamline between the upwind surface and the leeward surface is no longer symmetrical. The wake effect of jet droplets in spray dust precipitation accelerates the settlement movement of dust particles, and the relationship is as follows: the particle size ratio of dust particles to droplets is D 鈮,
