悬空式格栅类吊顶对喷头灭火效果的影响

【摘要】:以方型格栅和U型方通这两种常见的通透性吊顶和常见喷头及布置方式为对象,研究格栅吊顶对喷头灭火性能及现场烟气的影响。调整喷头类型、数量、距顶棚的位置,设置4个工况进行分析,得出各工况的灭火时间、温度分布。研究表明,使用同样的格栅时,下垂型喷头较直立型灭火性能好;当设置高度一定时,喷头设置在格栅下方的灭火效果较上方好;当设置同样的下垂式喷头时,方型格栅吊顶对灭火效果影响较大。
[Abstract]:The influence of grid ceiling on fire extinguishing performance and on-site flue gas of square grid and U-type square pass are studied in this paper, which are two common permeability ceilings and common sprinklers and their arrangement. Adjust the type, quantity and position of sprinkler head from the roof, set up four working conditions to analyze, and obtain the fire extinguishing time and temperature distribution of each working condition. The results show that the vertical sprinkler has better fire extinguishing performance than the vertical sprinkler when the same grille is used, the fire extinguishing effect of the sprinkler set below the grid is better when the setting height is fixed, and when the same drooping sprinkler is set, the square grid ceiling has a great influence on the fire extinguishing effect.
