易燃突出煤层工作面重氮防灭火技术

【摘要】:首山矿开采易燃突出煤层,工作面风量大,采空区浮煤易自燃,为了防止氮气注入采空区后漏失严重,采用向采空区注重氮防火技术,取得了好的防火效果。介绍了实验室对重氮配比、流速和降氧效果的试验方法和结果,介绍了首山煤矿重氮防灭火系统的组成和工作面注重氮的方法、参数,分析了采空区注重氮后的降氧、降温和抑制浮煤自然发火的效果。
[Abstract]:Shoushan Mine mining flammable outburst coal seam, the working face air volume is large, goaf floating coal is easy to spontaneous combustion, in order to prevent serious leakage after nitrogen injection into goaf, attention to nitrogen fire prevention technology in goaf has been adopted, and good fire prevention effect has been obtained. This paper introduces the test methods and results of diazo ratio, flow rate and oxygen reduction effect in laboratory, introduces the composition of diazo fire prevention and extinguishing system in Shoushan Coal Mine and the method and parameters of paying attention to nitrogen in working face, and analyzes the effect of reducing oxygen, cooling down and inhibiting spontaneous combustion of floating coal after paying attention to nitrogen in goaf.
