矿井通风系统远程监控的研究与实施

【摘要】:井下通风系统对矿山的安全生产至关重要。通常,矿山各采区之间分布离散,且随着开采年代的推移,井下通风需求变得越来越复杂,对操作和管理提出了新的要求。传统的手工操作及有线监控由于成本、延时、地理分布等局限不能很好的满足矿山操作管理需求。针对这种情况,本文进行了相关研究。 论文以大冶铁矿尖林山车间的井下风机远程集中监控改造为背景,分析了当前国内外矿井通风系统的运用现状,提出项目的具体实施方案。这套远程监控系统主要由现场控制站、通信网络和监控站三部分组成。现场控制站采用欧姆龙CP1H型号PLC作为主控制器,采集风机模拟量及开关量信号;通信网络采用GPRS无线网络,负责与GPRS数据终端DTU(Data Terminal Unit)的通信;DTU终端选用北京振鸿伟业公司的ZHD1X模块;监控站软件系统采用北京亚控的Kingview软件,硬件选用台湾研华工业控制计算机。构建了由Kingview、INTERNET、GPRS网络、GPRS数据终端和PLC组成的,,集电气控制、通信和计算机监控技术为一体的现代化矿井通风远程监控系统。 最后项目在现场得以成功实施并解决了调试中遇到的突出问题,实现了对尖林山车间7台风机的远程监控,起到了节能、可靠、方便的作用。

[Abstract]:Underground ventilation system is very important to the safety of mine production. Usually, the distribution among mining areas is discrete, and with the passage of mining age, the underground ventilation demand becomes more and more complex, which puts forward new requirements for operation and management. Traditional manual operation and wired monitoring can not meet the needs of mine operation and management due to the limitations of cost, delay, geographical distribution and so on. In view of this situation, this paper has carried on the related research. Based on the remote centralized monitoring and transformation of underground fan in Jianlinshan workshop of Daye Iron Mine, this paper analyzes the application status of mine ventilation system at home and abroad, and puts forward the concrete implementation scheme of the project. The remote monitoring system is mainly composed of field control station, communication network and monitoring station. The field control station uses omron CP1H model PLC as the main controller to collect fan analog and switching signals; the communication network adopts GPRS wireless network to communicate with GPRS data terminal DTU (Data Terminal Unit); the DTU terminal adopts the ZHD1X module of Beijing Zhenhong Weiye Company; the monitoring station software system adopts Kingview software controlled by Beijing subcontrol, and the hardware adopts Taiwan Yanhua industrial control computer. A modern mine ventilation remote monitoring system composed of Kingview,INTERNET,GPRS network, GPRS data terminal and PLC, which integrates electrical control, communication and computer monitoring technology, is constructed. Finally, the project was successfully implemented in the field and solved the outstanding problems encountered in debugging, and the remote monitoring of 7 fans in Jianlinshan workshop was realized, which played the role of energy saving, reliability and convenience.
